Chair molding solution
1. plastic material: normally use PP material(shrinkage 1.6%), sometimes add CACO3 to get better smooth product appearance

2. runner system: edge gate, or hot runner directly gate

3. demoulding system: injection pin on the rib of chair bottom
if with robot help demoulding, then need to push up
if automatic demoulding, then need to overturn push down

4. back insert inchangeable
suggest not to choose transversal striations, because easy to cause jointing line

5. chair mould injection machine
chair gram weight less than 2500, 650T injection machine is enough
little larger chair, need 780T
chair with arm, or rear leg with U groove or triangle groove, then need 1080T
