* Non-standard pallet moulds

need to know static load and moving load that you required before the quotation
also need gram weight, detail dimension and detail pallet picture or designs


Hot runner system: 12 tip or 16 tip hot runner, filter system for recycle material application

Steel application: normally P20 steel used, but if required output is very high,
then suggest H13 steel, guaranteed 500K shots mould life time

Interchangeable system for different version


Required pallet mould injection molding machine,
for example single-deck will need 1800T, and if double-deck pallet, need 2500T.
Detail should according to your pallet product.
suggest servo motor injection machine, can saving 50-60% energy using for long term running.
